the man behind the madness

Following his roots as a coffee picker in Costa Rica, Ron Cortez transformed the way we communicate with farmers and purchase coffee. In coalition with a network of farmers in Central and South America, Africa, and Asia, Ron was able to form personal relationships with the people who have an intimate knowledge of coffee. "We champion the worker to become an owner of their production, always supporting the value produced by labor.  " - Ron Cortez

About Us

memorable taste

We seek a one-of-a-kind flavor profile in every single coffee we roast. We are proud to carry some of the highest quality beans on the planet that come directly from our partners in: Cameroon, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Nepal. We promise a unique experience in every cup.

humble beginnings

Our coffee education started from humble beginnings as coffee pickers in Costa Rica. After 30 years of learning, we believe that we have some of the most advanced research practices in the industry, with solid knowledge of coffee cultivation and coffee roasting.

amazing prices

We sell coffee bags by the pound, equalling 16 oz, not 12 oz, like the majority of coffee companies. We are against wasting packaging in order to make better profit margins from our sales. So you get longer lasting bags and more bang for your buck when you buy our coffees!
