Scoop up 1 to 2 spoonful of Midge Chocolate into your cup. If your chocolate is in bar form, use 1 to 2 chocolate squares.
Pull an espresso shot directly into the cup with the chocolate. If you don't have an espresso machine, you can put the chocolate directly in your hot drip coffee.
Mix the chocolate and espresso with a spoon, to meld the flavors together.
Add frothed milk or milk alternatives for hot mocha, or milk and ice for iced mocha.
