Make your own bars and creations with our 80% chocolate jars! 🍫
4oz jar of handmade chocolate made with 80% organic cacao and organic cane sugar. Simply heat, pour over a chocolate mold, or use as a topping for any of your favorite foods! The possibilities are endless.
Our cacao is directly sourced from the Dominican Republic & Ecuador. We handmake each batch of chocolate with love and care! It starts by roasting the cacao using our 25 years of experience in coffee, grinding and removing impurities, and melanging for 24 hours. The result is chocolate with amazing texture and rich flavor all inside one reusable jar.

Instructions:
Remove lids from jars and place in a pot with enough water to cover about one half of the jar. Bring the water to a boil and turn off the burner. Stir chocolate until it is entirely smooth all the way through (usually around 113 °F). Carefully remove your jars from the water, pour into your desired mold or your favorite foods. Each jar will fill one mold. Use a flat knife or baking spatula to flatten the top of the mold for a even smooth finish. Refrigerate until hard (usually 1 hour). Enjoy!
