Obtained by small farms and processors working in conjunction with roasteries in Europe and North America, in effort to craft one of the best coffees in the planet. Arabica, Typica, and Java varietals, transported in cherry form to a centralized washing station then shipped and bagged at a higher than usual moisture level in order to taste fresh year round. The flavor profile is bright, pronounced, flavorful.
