These farmers are selected to create their own micro-processing stations, where they are held to high standards of coffee processing. Alongsi is a naturally processed coffee using the ripest cherries under the supervision of Cameroon's most talented farmers. They are naturally processed resulting in a luxrious sweet cup with delicate fruity notes and smooth citrus aftertaste.
