The family, led by Edwardo and his Mother, operates a five-farm operation with exceptional growing, processing, and community development practices that have aided thousands of small local farmers to develop sustainably.
Grown at a high elevation of 5,780ft in rich volcanic soil, these beans boast flavor notes of fruit and delicate florals. The natural processing method used, where the beans are dried inside the natural fruit, is the most distinctive factor that gives the coffee its full-bodied flavor.
