Farm Story: At the turn of the 19th century, two pioneers and entrepreneurs, Alejo C. Jiménez in Costa Rica and Wilhelm Kahle in the south of Mexico, shared a dream: to craft the world's finest coffee to satisfy the new, discerning European market. Today, their descendants still produce top quality coffee in Costa Rica using the same ideals of excellence. Grown in volcanic soil high above 1400 meters in 3 distinct regions, this exceptional coffee is made even better by the family's efforts to conserve natural resources. They are reducing air pollution and global warming, not through words, but through their actions.
